Baked by Sydney is a home bakery located in the heart of Marylebone. Founded in Vancouver in March 2024 and now based in Marylebone, we’ve built a reputation for quality, creativity, and reliability. Since then, we’ve had the pleasure of creating thousands of custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and intimate celebrations. Every order is thoughtfully designed and baked with care, reflecting our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, consistent flavour, and beautiful, memorable presentation.
A Note From Sydney…
I was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, where my love of baking began at an early age. Some of my favourite childhood memories are of spending time in the kitchen with my mom. Those early experiences sparked my interest in baking and my appreciation for the care and creativity that go into making something special.
I’m completely self-taught and have developed my skills through curiosity, experimentation, and plenty of practice. I love creating beautifully made bakes that feel personal and bring a little joy to life’s special moments.
After relocating from Vancouver to London in October, I’m excited to begin this new chapter and proudly serve the local community. From weddings to birthdays and other celebrations, I look forward to creating something delicious and memorable for you.
