FAQs

  • Vegan and gluten-free cakes available!

Please note: we are not an allergen-certified facility and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, we recommend contacting us directly before placing your order.

  • Please submit all order requests at least one week before the date of your event.

A $40 CAD rush fee will apply to any orders that are due in under one week from when your request was submitted.

  • As each cake is handcrafted, no two designs will ever be exactly the same. While we make every effort to replicate your chosen design as closely as possible, we reserve the right to apply a small degree of creative freedom to ensure your cake is beautifully finished and true to our artistic standards.

  • Cakes should always be kept as level as possible during transportation.

Single-tier cakes may be held on someone’s lap or placed on a car seat, provided the surface is flat and the box is secure.

Two-tier and taller cakes must remain completely level at all times. We recommend placing the cake box on the floor of your vehicle and securing the top to prevent shifting or tipping during transport.

  • Cakes are always best enjoyed at room temperature!

If you plan to enjoy your cake within six hours of pickup, it can be kept at room temperature.

If your cake won’t be eaten for more than six hours, please store it in its original box and remove it from storage 3–4 hours before serving to allow it to come back to room temperature. This ensures the best texture and helps the colours truly shine.

If you are picking up your cake the day before or plan to enjoy it a few days later, we recommend storing it in the freezer overnight, transferring it to the refrigerator the following morning, and removing it from the fridge at least 3–4 hours before serving. This gradual, three-step process allows the cake to thaw evenly and helps prevent excess condensation on the exterior.
