Please submit your order request at least one week before your requested pickup date. Requests made with less than one week’s notice are subject to a £20 rush fee, which is added to the subtotal. Orders are pickup only in Marylebone, London. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. No weekend pickups. Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received in advance. If payment has not been received at least 24 hours before your requested pickup time, the order will be considered cancelled.

As each cake is handcrafted, no two designs will ever be exactly the same. While we make every effort to replicate your chosen design as closely as possible, we reserve the right to apply a small degree of creative freedom to ensure your cake is beautifully finished and true to our artistic standards.

Cakes should always be kept as level as possible during transportation.

Single-tier cakes may be held on someone’s lap or placed on a car seat, provided the surface is flat and the box is secure.

Two-tier and taller cakes must remain completely level at all times. We recommend placing the cake box on the floor of your vehicle and securing the top to prevent shifting or tipping during transport.

Cakes are always best enjoyed at room temperature!

If you plan to enjoy your cake within six hours of pickup, it can be kept at room temperature.

If your cake won’t be eaten for more than six hours, please store it in its original box and remove it from storage 2-3 hours before serving to allow it to come back to room temperature. This ensures the best texture and helps the colours truly shine.

If you are picking up your cake the day before or plan to enjoy it a few days later, we recommend storing it in the freezer overnight, transferring it to the refrigerator the following morning, and removing it from the fridge at least 2-3 hours before serving. This gradual, three-step process allows the cake to thaw evenly and helps prevent excess condensation on the exterior.

All orders are collected from Rossmore Court, NW1 6XY, in Marylebone, London, at the date and time you selected. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. No weekend pickups. When you arrive, call +17789991513 and your cake will be brought out to you.

Signature Collection cakes are ready-designed. You choose the size, sponge flavour and filling, add an optional inscription, and book your pickup slot directly at checkout. For a cake designed from scratch, submit a custom cake order form with your ideas and inspiration.

Yes. You can add an inscription when you order. For Signature Collection cakes, the writing style will match the photos. If you don't want writing, leave the inscription blank or write None.
